Located in Paris, the European College of Experts in Public Administration has members all over the world, mostly in countries which provide a high level quality of public expertise dealing with international and multi lateral cooperation programs.
Leading by Pierre Pougnaud, responsible for the decentralised public french cooperation into the Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, the ECEPA organises technical meetings around state sustainable development questions. It can be considered as a non profit professional organisation whose goal number 1 is so said : "a good expertise makes a good cooperation".
